Traceability

Recognizing downstream source of the palm oil is one of the keys to encourage improvement for sustainable supply chains, we have pushed to trace of our palm oil back to mill level since 2015. After verification by independent party, we could achieve 100% of our palm oil traceable to mills in the same year.

For Traceability back to plantation is more challenging. It requires more effort to map our supply chain down to its origin since it involves smallholders. We initiated TDD to plantation in 2016 and targeted to achieve 100% in 2020.

As we utilize PalmTrace platform to help us manage traceability and mass balance of RSPO product around supply chain, we also develop our internal system that able to trace source and inventory of RSPO Segregation products from incoming, storing, processing and to outgoing.
