How It Works

Our grievance procedure system cover and resolve all complaints and conflicts through an open, transparent and consultative process, enabling stakeholders to arise grievances with relation to company operations, 3rd party suppliers and contractors. This grievance concerning in implementation of No Deforestation, No Peatland, and No Exploitation policy of PT. Wahana Citra Nabati and our supplier in sustainable palm oil supply chain.

We believe that feedback from stakeholders is valuable for our business. It helps us to monitor own performance with comply in our sustainability commitment and also our palm oil supplier. All grievances will we be handle in accordance to Grievance Procedure and report transparantly to public.
